The only caveat is that you have to change the permissions on that doc to make it accessible. Testola
This post is a test of how useful the Google Docs I use at home could be at work. I created a chart of project financial data similar to one we use in Excel with some dummy data. Google Sites is built into Google Apps for Business and would supposedly allow easy publishing of these data. When I selected "Publish" on the chart, it gave me some HTML to put on any site as a way of publishing the chart. Here goes:
